How to Care
1. Using the tube of oil we’ve provided, lubricate your pouch when it becomes slightly sticky.
2. Insert the tip of the tube into the holes at the bottom of each corner, squeezing a drop or two of oil while holding the pouch upside down.
3. Open and close the pouch to distribute the oil evenly.
Note:
Some oils may damage silicone. We recommend using only the lubricant we’ve provided.
How to Clean
Use lukewarm water and mild detergent for the best results. Check our FAQs for more details on how to clean.
Avoid harsh chemicals.
Dishwasher is not recommended.
How To Strap
ATTACH THE BELT:
Thread the belt’s rounded end into the right opening and out of the left opening of the plastic sleeve. Slide the elastic loop over the rounded end toward the pouch.HOW TO SEAL
CONNECT THE BUCKLE:
With the buckle’s pointed tab facing left, loop the rounded belt end through the buckle opening to the right of the silver bar. Work it under the bar and up through the opening to the left of the bar. Pull to adjust to desired length.
SECURE THE BUCKLE:
Thread the belt’s excess length through the elastic loop. Lock the buckle in place by connecting both ends until you hear an audible click. The Voilà logo should face out.
RELEASE THE BUCKLE:
Press both brass tabs simultaneously.

This is perfect. Best Treat pouch ever. I tried to read through the more negative reviews to see what people could possibly complain about - since almost all of the reviews are 4 or 5 stars, it was a bit hard to find the negative ones (I found one where someone complained about the price, but I am ok with excellent products selling at a bit of a premium - plus I think this will probably last a long, long time). I am going to buy a few extra ones and give out as Christmas or post-Christmas gifts (Ok - there is my one complaint - it took more than a week between order and delivery and so I probably won't get any more pouches prior to Christmas. Still giving it 5 stars and giving myself 1 star for my lack of planning when it comes to buying Christmas presents).
I’ve been a very, very long time treat pouch user. And abuser. They hang off a wheelchair, and I have rough dogs, and so I’ve been through a ton of them. Cuz they get gross. And if you have ADHD like I do, you forget when you leave moist treats in there gag. All that is no more with this pouch. It never looks dirty, it doesn’t get stinky, easy to clean, and they look damn good, too. I’ll never go back to other kinds of treat pouches again.

I used my pouch for the first time last night. I purchased the 24 oz pouch and was concerned it was too large. After using it, I am glad I purchased the larger size. My hand fit in the pouch easily and I could access the treats with no problem; my hand did not get stuck or have to be wriggled free. It was a dream to use!!
